Calvary Community
Welcome to Calvary Community Ministries. We encourage you to explore our various ministries and discover for yourself the many ways you can experience community. Our desire is that through the variety of opportunities available here you will feel a part of our community.
Welcome Center and Information Center
In this time where you seek to determine if Calvary Church is where God desires
you to belong, we invite you to our Welcome Center for more information
about our church and to meet our Welcome team. Here you can get
a fresh cup of coffee, ask questions and meet some friendly people. The
Welcome Center is located next to the Chapel (room 215a) on the
east side of the Sanctuary and is staffed after all of our services
on Sunday mornings.
The Information Center is located at the back of the Sanctuary. We have a very helpful Information team that is available to provide information on the various programs and ministries Calvary Church has to offer from nursery to senior adults.
Membership
If you are looking towards becoming a fully engaged member, we invite
you to attend our membership initiative. We believe membership in
the local church is important.
Membership means- commitment: learning what we believe and why, community: participating in the life of this church, contributing: giving back to God what He so richly gives to us.
The membership class is designed for you to be in community as you learn what it means to be a committed and contributing member of the church body.
Adult Congregations
Adult Congregations at Calvary
Church are medium size groups of people that meet for three purposes.
Fellowship- building healthy relationships with other believers is
one of the best ways to strengthen your faith. Education- interactively
exploring God's Word with other believers is also crucial to building
your faith. Outreach- serving with other believers is one of the
most dynamic ways to increase your faith. For more details,

Small Groups
At Calvary, we do not want community
to be an option, we want it to be a given. Building relationships
with one another, loving one another and serving the body are values
that drive our Small Group Ministry. Calvary Church neighborhood
small groups are groups of 10 to 12 people who gather regularly in
each other's homes and who commit to sharing in each others' lives.
These groups are a way to connect with other Calvary Church people
and to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. To find out
if there is a small group in your neighborhood or to find out about
leading a small group, contact Joel Shank at 956-9377.
Calvary Café
Join us on Sunday mornings for
our Café in the Gym. Have
a cup of coffee, meet new Calvary people and fellowship with your
friends.
