Mens
The Men's Ministry exists to challenge men to serve their families and the world in which each man lives and works just as Christ served.
We serve to provide opportunities for men to connect with other men and grow relationally and spiritually through Bible Studies, mentor training and special events. Many great study opportunities are available for men, no matter what your schedule is.
Celebration Bible Study
Rooms 130, 132 and 135 | Mondays at 7:00pm
Come celebrate the abundant life that Jesus Christ gives through this large co-ed group Bible Study. Each meeting begins in a small group (divided by gender) for a time of prayer, encouragement and discussion of the week’s lesson. Then all the groups join together for a time of worship and teaching. Our study for this term is The Word Made Flesh: A Study of the Book of John.
Men’s Fraternity
Room 131 | Mondays at 7:00pm
This 16-session study, focuses on the two areas that are central to a man’s life: career and family. It will begin to build the walls of manhood through studying a man’s chief responsibilities. It explores how a man can enjoy and engage his work and how he can relate to a woman in a whole new way.
Quest for Authentic Manhood
Room 126 | Tuesdays at 6:00am
This 24-session study focuses on a man’s core identity and gives an overview of basic manhood issues. It will help men deal with various identity issues by looking back at past wounds and other things that may have distorted their idea of biblical masculinity. Throughout the course of the study, men will learn how to clearly define manhood and will finally be able to give a succinct and passionate answer to the questions, “What is a man?” and “What am I living to be?”
Men of 6:10
Room 129 | Tuesdays at 6:10am
Beginning this fall, the Men of 6:10 are taking things to a whole new level. Beginning with level one: “Destined for Security,” men will find a place to connect with guys who are asking real questions, getting solid answers they can share with others, and seeing practical growth in their lives. As the year continues they will study,“Destined for Ministry” the third book in this powerful series. Men will find some of the most helpful scriptures and be equipped for sharing their faith processed in a powerful, personal and practical way. Besides this vital equipping, we will continue to have personal updates on God’s work in your lives, times for informal fellowship, and a sense of following God’s agenda moment by moment.
Adventure & Survival
Room 123 | Wednesdays at 6:45pm
Each week this study will include stories from real life, exploring some rock solid principles from God’s Word, and seeing how these truths connect to every other area of life. Hopefully we can also have a few real life adventures that give opportunity for learning beyond the classroom.
Men of 7:24
Room 207 | Saturdays at 7:24am
Join this committed group of men who meet each week to study God’s Word and uphold each other in prayer. They will begin the fall by studying the book of II Peter. Coffee and rolls are available.
